Services are limited to the strategy, research support, planning, organization, and consulting described in the agreed scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require a new agreement or additional fees.

Strategic Clarity Consulting does not guarantee specific business, financial, legal, political, campaign, personal, or professional outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including client implementation.

Website content, materials, and frameworks are the property of Strategic Clarity Consulting unless otherwise stated. Deliverables provided to a client may be used by that client for their own purposes; broader reproduction or resale requires written permission.

We treat client information and materials with discretion and do not disclose confidential details without permission, except as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategic Clarity Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or deliverables. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or end an engagement at our discretion, including where a project falls outside our scope or values.
